ELIMINATIONS
RUN PROCEDURE
Cars line up in pits and are bought to starting line at random
Cars are released from the start area and smoothly accelerate until the “staging zone” marked by cones.
The left lane dictates the pace and the start speed is 30-40mph
Both cars must be side by side in the “staging zone”
Cars “go” after they cross the staging beams that act as a speed trap.
Any car over the start speed as they cross the speed trap is DISQUALIFIED
Because the left lane dictates the pace, if the right lane matches the over speed, then only the left lane is disqualified.
Winner is first to finish line
Winner will receive a ticket and must go straight back to staging lanes. You can NOT go to the pits in between rounds
Loser of each pairing parks up
The amount of rounds depends on the amount of entrants
Car maintainence such as fueling, nitrous bottle swap, checking logs and tyre pressures can be done in the staging lanes between rounds.
TROPHIES
Trophies and prize money for winner and runner-up
